The conventional approach employed by agents and brokers in selling real estate, not surprisingly, tends to produce merely conventional results.


Our innovative approach began more than five years ago, and consistently produced sales results well above the comparables and those of other brokers.


These results reflect:

  • 100% of the listings taken sold substantially above the comparables*

  • Avg sales price was a staggering 34% above the relevant comparables — or over 5 times the compound annual growth rate of the median price of a single family home in Orange County, CA from 2013 through 2017.

  • Avg days-on-market of only 33 days (maximum of under 90 days)

  • Avg of $389K premium above comparables on avg $1.45M sales price 

*Distressed properties were excluded in view of the absence of a premium-price sales objective.  In addition, properties sold for more than $4M were excluded from these totals to express an even more conservative perspective on these figures.  


These exceptional results prove our method's efficacy, but should not necessarily create an expectation of replication at this magnitude.  In many cases, even a 4 or 5% premium over comparables can represent a significant success.
